Hi there, we are Radix Security.

We are Radix Security, an international startup based in the Ruhr metropolis of Bochum and Nijmegen (Netherlands). Our focus is to make mobile communication secure for everyone. In doing so, we address one of the most important topics of the current time and the coming years: secure & accessible mobile communication!

The security of 5G networks is extremely important for our daily lives. We rely on it when we use our mobile phones, but nowadays, a whole range of technologies also depend on reliable communication. However, mobile networks are incredibly complex, and ensuring their long-term security is a huge challenge for the various actors in this context.




Our Mission

The mission of Radix Security is to be a pioneer in mobile network and security research. We provide training and the necessary tools that enable our customers to design, build, and maintain a secure communication network. We offer solutions that thoroughly examine existing networks and components, identifying vulnerabilities and making network security achievable and accessible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing a distributed security solution for 4G and 5G mobile networks in a cloud-based environment
  • Implementation of network functions with modern languages like Rust
  • Planning and prioritizing development tasks
  • Developing a quality strategy, including CI/CD testing solution

Your Profile

Ideally, your profile should contain the following traits:

  • Experience in software development and programming in various languages (Python, Rust, GoLang)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good English and German language skills
  • Optional knowledge of mobile network protocols

  • Design and implementation of test cases to verify security vulnerabilities

Your Profile

Ideally, your profile should contain the following traits:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT security or a related field
  • You have a passion for network protocols and a drive to enhance their security
  • You have experience in project management and possess organizational skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English
  • You are motivated and excited about the challenge of making mobile networks more secure with us
  • Experience with 3GPP or similar network protocols is advantageous

  • Develop comprehensive reports that detail identified vulnerabilities and provide mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system and application security.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Participate in security audits, risk analysis, and compliance testing.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT security or a related field
